In 1975, Edeltraud Bülling founded the company E. Buelling picto-schmuck in the basement of the family house in Pforzheim Büchenbronn. The focus was on the production of silver jewelry featuring pictograms from the Olympic Games. The company first participated in trade fairs, such as the Sport and Garden Show in Cologne.
Starting in 1998, the company expanded its product range to include the production of cable chains, omega collars, and link chains in gold and silver. Deliveries were made both as bulk goods and as finished chains, primarily to manufacturers and wholesalers. The international market gradually became more important, with participation in trade fairs in Basel, Vicenza, and Hong Kong.
In 2000, the company moved to larger business premises on Schulze-Delitzsch-Strasse in Pforzheim. In the following years, the company also presented itself at international trade fairs in Las Vegas, Tokyo, London, and Bahrain, establishing itself firmly in the global jewelry industry.
In 2006, Marc Bülling, an industrial engineer, and in 2009, Kerstin Bülling, a real estate specialist, joined the family business.
In 2011, Marc Bülling took over the leadership of the company and rebranded it as BUELLING Germany e.K., leading it into the next generation.
In 2015, the family acquired the former inn “Neue Wilhelmshöhe” with a bowling alley on Genossenschaftstrasse in Pforzheim. After extensive renovation, the new company headquarters were moved into at the beginning of 2016.
2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the company.
